As the Chair of the Cinematic Arts Department at the esteemed Los Angeles County High School for the Arts (LACHSA), distinguished as the #1 Arts High School in America, Drew plays a pivotal role in shaping the education and development of emerging filmmakers, content creators, and young industry professionals throughout Los Angeles. Concurrently, Drew serves as an Adjunct Graduate Professor at the University of Southern California School of Cinematic Arts, contributing to the institution's mission of nurturing talent and fostering excellence in the cinematic arts.

In addition to these academic roles, Drew fulfills responsibilities as an instructor for Interlochen Arts Academy Online and holds a seat on the board of trustees of the LACHSA Foundation, a distinguished nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing innovation and excellence in arts education.

With an academic background highlighted by an MFA from the University of Southern California School of Cinematic Arts, a BA in English Literature from Howard University, and currently pursuing an MBA at UCLA's Anderson School of Management, Drew provides a wealth of production, marketing and fundraising knowledge and expertise through his consulting firm and in his collaborations with content creators, companies, educational institutions, and boards.

Drew has honed his professional credentials through immersive professional development programs in both China and the UK, enhancing his understanding of global cinematic trends and practices.

Drew's creative acumen extends beyond academia, evident by his successful track record of producing and directing projects featured on prominent platforms such as Netflix, Viacom Networks, and international film festivals. Additionally, Drew is frequently sought after as a distinguished speaker and panelist at prestigious institutions and events, including the Lucas Museum of Narrative Art, The Young Arts Foundation, Berklee College of Music City Music Summit, the Arts Schools Network and the Education 2.0 Conference.

Drew’s contributions to the fields of Art, Education and Entertainment have garnered award-winning recognition from esteemed organizations such as the U.S. Department of Education and the National Young Arts Foundation, applauding his meaningful work with young professionals and creative youth.
